Project Overview

This project involved a complete bathroom renovation at a property on Carlton Street, Cheltenham. The scope covered the room from initial decommissioning through to the construction, finishing and electrical stages.

Bathroom and Construction Works

The existing bathroom was decommissioned before the first- and second-fix bathroom works were carried out. The construction scope also included the creation of a new bathroom stud wall framework and the installation of wall and floor tiles.

Flooring and Decoration

The finishing scope included the installation of new flooring and painting.

Electrical Works

The electrical work included a new light switch and bathroom light, a new extractor fan, an LED mirror, and a mirror and wall light. Part P certification was also included within the electrical scope.

Together, the works covered the preparation, construction, tiling, flooring, decoration, lighting, ventilation and electrical requirements of the bathroom renovation.
